• 15 minutes ($35): A quick, focused question that needs an experienced answer.
• 30 minutes ($65): A situation that needs some back-and-forth, like a behavior concern, a care question, or a Service Dog or ESA challenge.
• 60 minutes ($125): A deeper dive into facility policies and operations, a wildlife issue, a pet business question, or a full review of your situation.

Cancellation policy: 24+ hours' notice, no charge. Less than 24 hours, up to a 50% fee. Less than 4 hours or a no-show, the full appointment fee.
